Give every ad account a clear home.

A simple project structure makes daily campaign work easier to follow.

Start by deciding what a project represents: a client, a brand, or a business unit. Use that definition consistently when bringing accounts and campaign assets into the workspace.

Name for the next person

Choose names that explain the owner, objective, and market. A teammate should be able to find a campaign without knowing the person who created it.

Keep ownership visible

Record who owns each account connection and who is responsible for reviewing campaign changes. This makes handoffs easier when a team grows.

Review periodically

Archive old work deliberately and keep active campaigns easy to distinguish from experiments.
